Did the job for me
I recently started using Google Photos. That application presents photos and videos in date order so if the dates are wrong it looks a mess. I had a real problem with movie files that I had edited together. The final film was listed on the date it was created so that makes all the albums in Google Photos show the wrong dates.
I dropped my .mov files into File Time and a few seconds later job was done. You have to delete them from Google Photos and re-upload for them to show properly. This software is worth the money.
