Take the time to use this app and report problems and then , it seems, that they do get fixed.
I think that if a photo and a map location have been provided then a hazard description is not needed and shouldn’t be required before submitting. Please make the hazard description optional.
Overall this app is a great public service.
Brilliant Highway Defects Reporter
The recent issue with mapping malfunctioning after an iOS update is now fixed.
This is a brilliant little app that saves a lot of shuffling around seeking out local authorities to make highway issue reports.
Very easy to use with a smart phone, to both photograph the defect, click on a common fault description and to locate and report road and signage defects; even dropping a map pin on the exact location is simple.
The local authority is notified automatically by the software and you can keep track of where they are with them repairing it. You also retain your incident reports on your phone.
Then it’s down to the highways agency to fix it in a reasonable time!
Back up and running
Excellent little app that actually gets tangible results when you use it to report dangerous problems on the road ... potholes. Missing drains and any hazard that Hayes life a pain on the road.
If everyone had this app the Highways Agency and County Council’s would be able to tackle the issues quicker and save lives !
