Missleading
It doesn’t say that you have to pay to unlock the new category! and doesn’t say how much! Not happy!!!!!

It does not show how much because the unlock is free for all categories! The dialog about unlocking is a system dialog and Apple does not show any information about the price when unlocking is free. Developers can't put this information on this dialog as this is a system dialog however you can check the price by going to App Store app and expanding In-app purchase section and you will see there that all categories are free to unlock.
