I have always felt circumspect of scooters but today I decided to overcome that stigma and I suggested that me and my two friend take them. It was the best decision we made this weekend (and we made some good ones). Great experience.

Worst app I have ever seen

It’s a shame to go live with such critical bugs.

1.Payment. After confirming my card I topped up my account for 5€. So, current balance where (5.10€) and when I wanted to rent a car I’ve got notification that my card is blacklisted. When you took money it was not blacklisted but when I need a car it is. Double standards.
2. I’ve contacted help centre and got information that in 20 minutes my problem will be sorted out. After 30 minutes I did 2 phone calls - none one picked up and after 2h I’ve got a call back asking did I want something. Have you ever heard about apologising for bad service?
Submitting driving license:
3. After submitting driving license menu appeared where you could provide your billing details + written in red colour smth like confirm you email. Very inconvenient confirmation text in red is placed somewhere in the middle of screen between billing section.
4. By clicking on confirm link from email received notification that link is expired. Even if doing all written action above took less than 3 minutes.
5. After submitting driving license multiple times it was not possible to get read of billing pop-up and there was not additional confirmation email send.
6. After my driving license passed some check up from your side I’ve received phone call. Is if hard to send notification though app?

Honestly, very surprised by your current rating (4.7) if I had a chance I would rate as 0!

Bad customer support for cars

I have renter car for like six times.. first four went really smooth. But next two was really weird.

First thing was that there where trouble with payment, apparently you gotta fill up your wallet to drive a car! But you can’t fill up the wallet while you have an active booking, which I only found out during random call in middle of my trip from customer service who told me they gonna block the car if i don’t fill up my wallet now. And i tried but there was no such an option so I called back then they said okay but can we be sure you will pay for your trip at the end.. Really!?

Second thing was weird I got text message, while on the road, for extended speed limit. Okay, fair enough but how on earth can someone check that text while driving. More like a pointless and dangerous idea to send text like that!

And last but not least.. Just when i finished last trip (and filled up the wallet btw) I got a text message that they are temporary disabling their services.. No explanation, no warning, no second chance..

Somehow I found all this super arrogant, made me feel like a criminal or something.. I wish they warned me before and gave me a chance to improve or be better next time.. I had no idea I did something bad until that, especially like all that since the call about payment happened in like 6 hours, which half of it I was on the road..

But Good luck with all that attitude! There are still competitors in town who are way more welcoming..
