Fireplace App 4+

I actually just bought all of the apps of this type from the app store. There's a good bit a rubbish out there. And to be fair i think this a a tough concept to get right. This is an ok effort. But the break is blindingly obvious visually. Not audibly as the sound doesn't seem to relate to the image at all (maybe a clever way to get around the issue) an audio break is the most offencive. But this app i would say is the least offencive so far. Weldone. go have a look at Gaze and try to get the break as smooth as that. Oh and a real camp fire please?

Huge improvement over the free app. Uses 50% CPU on my 27" iMac dual core. Looks beautiful. My iMac is my TV and it is in my living room where a fireplace could be. Nice on a cold winter's night! And I don't have to clean the fireplace or chimney!! I still hear a hissing noise on the audio loop and the video is jerky when the loop has to restart. But still well worth £1. Looking forward to the next version. Perhaps you could film a fire burn from start to finish and stream the video to save disk space. And add a button for adding logs that would restart the video loop. And please get rid of the hissing noise on the audio. Just the crackling logs. Cheers.

This is a good fireplace but can you make it that the box that says choose fireplace, (Brick, Stone or Classic) dissapear quicker when i move my cursor off the app when it's running. Thankyou for this great app!
