This encyclopedia presents 550 major species of fish - freshwater (Europe, Asia, North America - pike, perch, carp, zander, bass and etc.) - and marine (salmon, tune, eel, plaice and etc.).
Description of each fish contains - original colour illustrations, scientific name in Latin, names on different languages (up to 28), biological information, places of inhabiting, places for fishing, best time for fishing and even angling methods. This handbook can assist you with species identification.
This application DOES NOT require internet access, so you can use it on your boat even when service is not available. All the information is contained within the application.
This application is connected with mp-fish.com service and other "MP Fish Planet" applications, where you can find additional information for selected fishes:
- different photos of fishes your are interested (mp-fish.com)

Does not work. App opens up but most of the fish species icon shaped as jigsaw pieces. £4.99 for an in app purchase that does not work
Very poor service indeed
I am going to stress that this app was looking good until it showed fish hidden by a logo so I thought okay would be great if I could get that picture then next time I go fishing I could have the details etc...only problem is the app developer loves to have money to unlock...so I tried for £1.49 I think it was for unlocking only it didn't unlock it went on to make 4 subsequent payments still not unlocking..so have had to ask apple to step in as I have within 14 days to obtain a refund..just need to wait now for 5 days to see if I get my £8+ back I paid out...ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT INSTALL AND DO NOT PAY MONEY AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AT WHAT YOU GET. IF IN DOUBT CONTACT APPLE SUPPORT AND TRY TO OBTAIN A REFUND. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GUY....THANKYOU.
Very disappointing app but had so much promise
Thought this app would be ideal with a large collection of fish with common names and Latin names.
However, after paying for full access I only got a few with full access.
Very disappointed and will be asking Apple to refund my payment.
Noticed that the latest update to this app was 2015. Perhaps the developer got bored.
