Fisker app
2023 - just trying to configure a UK car and its not a great app. Not that intuitive and limited description of features / optional packages are not clearly described and i’d like to be able to book a test drive too.
Can’t reset password in app
This app hasn’t improved. I tried to log in and password wasn’t accepted. I reset password and it didn’t accept the new password. This happened twice. I raised a support ticket, but no option for app feedback so went under general. After raising a ticket a modal message appeared and the button didn’t work, so I was stuck with a message telling me to click to return to home and had to kill the app. This is absolutely ridiculous. Get some proper app developers and do some basic testing! Especially if FORCING people to download the app to configure a car on mobile devices.
Fine
I assume the app has been updated, I only downloaded it to mess about with the configuration, and that works fine, no login required, no crashing. Can’t comment on the rest as I didn’t bother logging in, but it did what I needed to scratch my curiosity. Car looks cool.
