Having been to their classes and seeing the level of teaching compared to the app is on a different level. Classes are brilliant but as soon as you want to do any work out of the class on the app, it’s impossible. App keeps crashing, video can’t be fast forwarded to where you left off and having to uninstall a reinstall to try get the app to work. Disappointing with the amount you pay for the service.
It is very slow and not very user friendly. No function where you really left off, no proper way to repeat (weak) questions and the worst is that moving forward or backwards in the videos is really weird. It works somehow but only several minutes, not 15 seconds for example
The text on some of the videos is blurry and unreadable
Developer Response ,
There is a bug that appeared recently, which inverts the video quality settings for the app. This will be fixed in the next app update, due in the next day or so.
There is a parameter in the iOS app settings for Cognition that allows you to choose the video quality. As a workaround, change this from 'HIGHEST' to 'MEDIUM' (or LOWEST) and you will see the better-quality video versions in the app.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
