Love it!

I have tried an number of fitness apps, but this one I love. I think it is great that new workouts are given each day, and you are able to select what type on what day. The time for workouts is just right and stops me getting bored.

Developers - I would like to be able to either download workouts or be able to use them offline as I travel a fair bit and a lot of that time without Wifi, so to be able to gain access to these workouts without connectivity would be the cherry on the cake.

Cancelled but they kept taking the money

Don’t sign up, I’m in the process of pursuing this business via my bank. I cancelled via app but what is not clear is that it’s only cancelled when you are in contact with them directly, £40 taken, they refuse to refund despite it being evident I don’t use the useless app. It’s a company without conscience, they do not refund (what reputable business can’t refund after they made a mistake?) nor accept any responsibility for wrong doing under the guise of being helpful offering you a lifetime membership that you don’t want after they’ve ruthlessly taken another payment. Avoid these people, this app stinks and their practices are morally abhorrent. UPDATE: They will respond to these reviews and tell you to reach out to them again as if there were never an issue refunding… you will try again and they will ignore you again. The responses on here are for pure show don’t be taken in. The app is absolute rubbish and they know it. I don’t know how these people sleep at night knowing they are ripping people off. Their terms are misleading stopping payments is not straight forward, you think you’ve ceased payment and this is deliberate on their part. Keep every screenshot for your bank!

This app is a rip off. I paid what I thought was a one off fee to trial the app which is shockingly bad but I’ll get back to that later, then I noticed an invoice for almost 30 euros from them. When I contacted them they did cancel the subscription but refused a refund but offered me a lifetime membership for free. The app is so bad the meal plan is ridiculously unsustainable, I was advised that to add ingredients and that the Marcos are calculated…..if this were true they would firstly need more information from me about me and secondly if they were calculated why would they advise I add ingredients which would change the macros! That leads me to the exercises which are also generic and not designed for personal requirements which causes me to ask why they ask for your personal information during the set up? Please do not even think about this app, instead use FitOn or my fitness pal they are free unless you want to subscribe (no hidden charges).
