My fitness level was really bad, although I’m really active at work and do quite a lot of steps this really wasn’t enough. So I decided to do this app instead of a gym. Once you put in your personal details like weight, size extra you are then linked with personal trainers. My trainer is Kate who focuses on my problem areas and it’s not even for long which is good as in the beginning it’s so hard because I’m just not fit. But I’m really feeling better about it because I’ve notice as you progress into the program the session get longer. You can also set up when you want to do the training as my work patterns is all over the place I can place them when I know I will do them. I really enjoying this app and really like my trainer Kate who is encouraging.

Work in progress!

Loving this app, it has really got me moving when I didn’t really know how or where to start, I use a Apple Watch to track the workout and the calories burned almost always match up with what the workout says they are which I’m impressed with. However I would like it if you could search workouts by name, I’ve done a few workouts I really like but then can never find them again amongst the 1000’s of workouts on there. Or would be nice to have a ‘favourite’ option. Would also like it if ‘full body’ was a option to search by! And ‘low impact’ to avoid workouts with jumps in! I haven’t seen much actual weight loss yet despite using it for a few weeks, but I haven’t been restricting my calories too strictly so that might be why, definitely noticed a difference with muscle tone and strength though, used to struggle holding a plank for 20 seconds and now I can easily do a minute, hoping to make more progress my on physique!

We are working on the features of searching workouts by name, adding workouts to favorites, the "Full Body" filter, presets to avoid exercises you don't like, and going to introduce them in the near future. Currently, to avoid exercises with jumps please consider using the exercise replacement before starting a workout. Open any workout you like, then tap the exercises you would like to change, click "Replace exercise" and select one of the alternatives. We hope this helps resolve your issue. Best fitness app!

I have been using this app for a while now and it’s completely changed my life, I’ve lost a whole stone in just 8 days whereas before I could hardly lose anything!! This app has definitely made me more dedicated to my workout time I even get a notifications from the app to push me more, I 100% recommend this app who is struggling to lose weight, it’s easy to use and the workouts don’t even take long, you can also filter the level of intensity of the work out, there are also other programs other than your personal one such as a bigger booty program, slim wait program, upper body program etc.. you can also do other work out outside of your plan such as yoga, if you have equipment there’s workouts for them as well!!
