A star app for quarantine and normality

The app is filled with resilient exercises witch is good as what’s the point if you don’t push yourself. I feel the app should maybe include a 1 min cool down as everyone must do after an exercise but it will take 1/2 the time on the warm up but other than, that I think this app is great as the plan will definitely give you results and make you feel fitter as a person. Exercise is a key thing in life it’s important and keeps your mentality in check that’s mostly why I like to do it. During quarantine it’s hard to stay fit as we aren’t going out enough this app is benaficial to keep you healthy

I’m very impressed to say that I’m on week 4 and really enjoying it. You don’t have to do it for hours, just starts you off gently, fits in with any schedule. I’m feeling very motivated and I’ve even upped my difficulty to intermediate and defo feeling the difference. Energised!!! So many different workouts to choose from, also you can add anything you want to a workout! Even my boyfriend joins in with me now and he’s knackered at the end of it, says it’s a good workout.

Plenty of room for improvement

When I first got this I was super impressed however I added in my measurements so I could track it monthly these have now vanished I tried re adding and vanished again ! Now this morning the chat option is missing !! I paid for this when it was on offer so for that amount of money it’s value but I’m super disappointed that things keep clinching out and last complaint at the beginning of each daily activity is a time i assumed that was how long the activity lasts for well no it isn’t and I’ve literally no idea what is for ??? Pretty unhelpful really tbh I could have achieved the same for free in You Tube !!!
