- Bug fixes for app crash on loading
- Additional fixes for rest timers (we recommend enabling notifications for fitlist to also receive timer notifications)
Ratings and Reviews
Happy to see this app receiving updates. The developers know exactly what their users need. Can be overwhelming for first beginners - but once youve defined your workouts it's very smooth. One thing that it could use is adding additional exercises that you do with a workout to the workout.
Good, but still room for improvement
Having used 'Gym Buddy' since owning my first iPhone it did pretty much everything I needed, however they aren't updating the app anymore, and with the next IOS update it won't work at all, hence why I decided to find a replacement.
Fitlist is the best of the trackers that I tried out of the ones you could try first, so decided to go with the premium version.
Things Fitlist falls short on:
Being able to see the recommend sets programmed into a workout, as well as the previous. You seem to have to go back and forward through a lot of screens to get this information.
The Timer doesn't seem to make a noise or vibrate? Usually I'll have my phone in my pocket or on another app. It would be nice if it alerted you somehow
Apart from that it seems pretty good.
Watch doesn't sync with phone
It's a good app and works well on the first day. But when coming to the second day and you press the wrong workout or just want to look it records that on the watch and it gets stuck, you can't reset it. The help section says to press 'complete' and ' sync' on the phone but they aren't where you expect them and are difficult to find. So you end up with one workout on your phone and a different one on your watch that you can't shift or update. Shame.
