Music a bit boring

I have a Fitbit Charge 2 and was in search of some exercises I could do at home, so I thought it would make sense to download this app. It was good to start with, I put in my height and weight and chose the right programme to suit me, and it added the calories to my Fitbit so I could keep track.
The exercises are very good, and it shows you how long you have left, however after every exercise it asks you how you did, and you select how many seconds you lasted and select a smiley face if it’s too easy and a sad one if it’s too hard. I thought that was good the first few times, so it would get to know me, and how much I can do, but it gets a bit tedious when you have to give this feedback after EVERY exercise. I like to just run through the programme and not have to keep touching the screen. Also, there aren’t warmups in there, you need to do your own warmup and cool down which isn’t great. The reason you’ve downloaded this app is because you want to be told what to do, not to make up your own warmup and cool down. The forum has lots of unanswered questions on there. Would be nice if Fitbit would answer some of those!
To summarise, music a bit boring and bit uninspiring.

Good but needs some improvement for beginners

I’ve only had this a couple of days and I do like it so far, however, do have one issue in particular.

There is only a very limited number of warmups, although, I understand the importance of warming your muscles and body up before jumping in to a proper session, however, the Fitbit app does not stress this to the people who are exercising. In fact it doesn’t mention it all; further to this the easy 7 minute warm up that is on there only has audio and no video to go alone with it. And therefore for people who have never done the moves before you have no idea if you’re actually doing it right! This is the same with the cool downs afterwards. I believe it is very important for Fitbit to change this as many beginners may be feeling un-needed pain and even injury which could be prevented through proper warm ups and cool downs!

However, I like the actual programs they have great visual aids and like the countdown at the side so you know how long you have to go! Will continue to use this as I do like it, however, will hopefully see some improvements in the coming months.
