Fitter Coach 4+

So I got this app and used it for three days. I got too bored with it and didn’t use it. It looked to me the app is almost a beta version or something and didn’t seem like a compete one. I think I got sold by it’s flashy branding. So I tried cancelling it but it didn’t show up in my Apple subscription page. As you can imagine, being busy home schooling and I forgot about this and got charged again after three months. I complained and the reply was emotional less simple message. I did the same thing with Noom but they were kind enough to refund me the money as a good will gesture. I would NOT recommend this if you want a fitness app for a long time use. Also you’d be frustrated by their customer service.

I signed up to Fitter as I needed something to get me started again having fallen out of the habit of exercising. I think I did expect more based on the advertising BUT it’s actually working so I can’t complain - I am finally exercising regularly again and am feeling some results. There’s a good mix of exercises and, as long as you’ve exercised before and know what you’re doing, the timer allows you to just get on with it and get in the zone. I was worried after seeing some reviews but when I contacted customer services they were quick, polite and helpful. For the price, I’m very pleased with my 6-month purchase!

This app started ok and my only small complaints were that the app needed audio triggers to help you switch exercises at the right time without being fixated on the screen... however, I’ve now had to reinstall the app three times as it seems to periodically stop loading when app is opened so you see the loading screen but then the app crashes. I’d say this experience plus the other bad reviews here are building up a picture which is saying AVOID. As it’s a subscription service with a significant upfront cost it is an expensive mistake to make!
