I downloaded the app .. followed all steps. When you getting to accept terms and conditions you are transferred into another site and then , nothing is happening. Application does not go any further .When you getting back to continue you need to start again the process which goes to nowhere.No luck to book a taxi through this app. Seems that is not working on iphone.

A lot of negative reviews but from my point of view, it’s worked really well each time I’ve used it. I can track the driver/car and payment is on my credit card which saves the worry of having cash on me The fact that Fleet acts has now added a Grocery/Chemist collection service is absolutely fantastic!Well done guys!

Generally a good app and good service, HOWEVER, I live in a semi rural area, my main reason for choosing this app is because it has a comments field so I can tell them exactly where I am... it DOES NOT feed back to either the driver OR the operator, so every time I book I have either an irate call from the operator or a diatribe from the driver telling me to be more specific with my booking - even though I have described my pickup down to the last square inch...

Absolute terrible app! I booked and it said the car is 5mins away. 5mins passes and no car. I go back onto the app and the timer has disappeared and there's no live tracker. After 15mins of waiting I some to a human being who told me that the timer doesn't mean anything and there's no guarantee your driver has even been booked (even though they send text confirmation) ******* amazing when you've stood out in the cold for what feels like days. Give them a miss and get yourself an Uber- they may cost more but at least they turn up.

This app is terrible. I would it give it zero.1. You can't search the address to book cab. The search isn't functional.2. If you manage to find your address from you the map, and press 'Next' to enter the address that your going to, that also doesn't work because the search function doesn't work.The app is unusable, and you can't book a cab.Unfortunately I deleted the old app which worked really well. Now I can't download that version, also because I took the new upgraded app🙁

I installed this as recommended by a driver three months ago as their cab office use it. Problem is, I think it’s worked once in 5 attempts and even that took 5-10 mins to get a confirmation! As such it’s kind of pointless and quicker to call a local cab office, or as most people prefer in the modern world, use an app that works (well known rival platforms that don’t supposedly cover the areas we need taxis actually work better than this app that is meant to!)
