The heavyweight in fitness apps

As a gym enthusiast, I have used many gym/workout tracker apps across multiple platforms in my time and I can honestly say that Flex is a cut above the rest.

Gone are the days of scribbling messy logs and PB's in tatty diaries, this app allows you to effortlessly record and track your workouts at the convenience of your device.

The app allows use to easily create new wotkouts and routines based on your regime and also painlessly add new exercises to the already expansive list (and even gives you the option to search for existing exercises by typing in keywords in the search bar at the top exercise list which most other apps do not provide).

Unlike most other apps which have failed me in the past, I am able to easily record my logs in between each set with the additional feature of presenting me with a timer to guide me through my entire workout.

The app is easy to use and so well structured that even the most novice user can effortlessly navigate through the tabs and functions that it has to offer.

Flex is a pleasure to use during (and after my workouts to analyse previous performances) and it makes life just that little bit easier. Highly recommend!

Would love a notes feature

I’ve been using this app for over 6 months now and have been loving it.

I have no problem with it whatsoever but I’d love if the developer/s could maybe add a notes section that can be used mid workout.

It’d allow me to track more than just the weight, sets and reps. For example if a machine has certain settings I’d like to use next time, but won’t remember off the top of my head, I could note it down to see next time.

A really practical, no-fuss app

It’s a simple app that is easy to use and does exactly what I want it to do (in my case just to track my lifts/PBS) in a practical way with clean UI. Very impressed.
