Great Support
In the past I have utilised Sims to cut the cost of data use while travelling, which has been a faff changing over, while at the same time keeping a second phone for my personal number. I have just found Flexiroam and used the eSIM for the first time during my trip to Peru. There was no faff and I kept the one phone. Initially, there were a couple of problems connecting to the local network but the WA support was excellent and quickly responsive. After some explicit guides the issues were resolved and we were fully connected. From this experience I would fully recommend for service and cost.
Game Changer
I’m international flight crew and spend my time jumping from continent to continent. FlexiRoam means I can ditch the old outrageously expensive contract with my he network and roam for literally pennies.
There seems be a rolling campaign of offers and promotions which make this service exceptionally good value and eSims are a breeze to manage.
I’ve recently had an interaction with Support to reset an eSIM and the reply was so fast I thought it was just a read receipt. Kudos to Jess in Support for the incredibly speedy response.
Ironically, I often get better coverage when I’m abroad with this service than I do at home. Home is still limited to 4G as I live outside of the big cities, but I seem to get 5G in most places with this service.
The only snag I see is having to reset the APN sometimes in a new country, it takes mere seconds however and it’s not worth dropping a star for. I also see this as an iOS issue rather than FlexiRoams.

Great eSim with excellent customer service
I’m on my third FlexiroamX esim. They have been invaluable with my lifestyle. Setup is very easy and the price (when there are special offers on) is very competitive.
I had an issue with my most recent purchase and contacted customer service via WhatsApp. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently using simple steps.
