This newest update comes with baggage. Like, literal baggage. Now you can purchase your bags for your trip at the same time as you book your flight ticket. No more waiting to the last minute.

Great app

Messed up with my booking info. Used the contact us page and got through just before pulling away on a boat. Great app. Great deals, great company. Very helpful staff.

Review

I have used StudentUniverse on a number of occasions and I can honestly say they are great. I did make a mistake when booking and I was charged a bit more than I would have like but they were still pleasant and tried to help me. I am of course going to use them again, like always! Don’t believe the few negative feedback….oh and I have not been paid for the review, it’s my own experience.

No refund

I booked a refundable ticket and when my travel plans changed I tried to change my flight. However the help desk are adamant that my ticket is non refundable and I have to pay an extra charge to cancel my flight. I received no help in booking a different flight home and am still trying to cancel my flight because I don’t think I should pay extra just to say I’m cancelling it. Only book if you are 100% sure if your plans and that they won’t change.
