Parking convenience is at your fingertips with the flowbird app. Pay for parking on your mobile device, get notified before your time runs out, and extend your time without visiting a parking meter (note that time extension rules vary location by location).

Registration for flowbird is free: just create your account via the app. Once you’ve created an account, you can park and pay for parking in any location that utilizes the flowbird app. Caution: flowbird is not available everywhere, please consult the list of eligible locations on our website.
How to Use the App:
• Create an account
• Choose the vehicle license plate
• Select your location on the map
• Use the dial to choose how long you want to park
• Confirm your payment

Problems loading app

App downloaded and paid fee for 3 hours parking. On return to car park had option to pay for extended parking having now stayed for over 4 hours.
On opening app and selecting “continue with Apple” then proceeding with thumb print, app starts to open but then returned to homepage, as if stuck in some sort of loop. It did this numerous times so gave up and ended up with PCN, currently under appeal process with POPLA as parking company rejected initial appeal.
Also car park charges shown as £2.50 for one hour plus 40p for each additional 20 minutes. (ie £4.90 for 3 hours) but charged £6.00 plus the 10p service charge as displayed.

Terrible

Downloaded to avoid queue at machine and went through the sign up process. Then tried to pay for parking & got an error. Restarted app, (facial recognition login not active despite requesting it) paid for parking to receive different error saying payment had failed. Tried to be pay again….to receive the first error message again. Came out of app & back in (still no facial recognition), tried to pay to be told I had already paid. So unsure if my situation I went the parking history to see there was no history of any past or active parking (but it says I’ve paid???) Only option to risk driving to exit and hope I don’t cause mayhem. Barrier opened so I had indeed paid….will just check bank account now to check how many times! The company had also saturated the picturesque area of woodland by the car park with dozens of garish purple signs advertising their horribly faulty app. I’ll queue for the machine next time! Oh and don’t get me started about charging 20p to *receive* an automated text confirming payment!!

Useless!!

I parked at Sennen Cove using this app and it was the most stressful parking I’ve come across and ruined our day!!!

At first I installed the app and paid for my parking quickly and was impressed with how well it worked.
However, we was out longer than expected and so had to add time onto my parking. So firstly we could not get into the app….the Flowbird word was stuck on the screen. I switched my phone on and off, deleted the app and reloaded it, went from 4G signal to wifi, and tried getting into it via Google and my email link but still could not get into the app. However I was able to to use the internet, download my emails and use all my other apps on my phone. So it clearly wasn’t a signal issue but was an issue with your app. At this point I’m panicking that my parking ticket is running out and I’m going to get a fine.
So, next we tried to set up a new account in my husbands name and it kept kicking us out so we had to start again and then get further verification.
Eventually we managed to pay and get a parking ticket, but it took us 30mins of stress to do so. And with the added worry that whilst we was trying to get a ticket, there could be an inspector issuing a fine thinking we didn’t have a valid ticket!

This totally ruined our afternoon out and we certainly won’t be staying in a Flowbird car park again. I carried on trying to get into the app all evening using my wifi and it still didn’t work.
