Avoid
Paid for same day delivery between 12-3 the website accepted this, accepted my money and I paid in good faith expecting delivery. When no flowers arrived, I called up where I was basically told tough, they only deliver within London on the same day. When I asked why the website accepted my money and delivery time they could not answer but would not give a refund. This is a company trading on false promises. AVOID
I had a response from this company in which part of their response says “Our website is clear and transparent” I thought this issue was solved but they just do not know how to leave me alone. Their own member of staff “Roy” actually said I had been mislead, they took my money despite never having any intention of delivering the same day. Same day delivery was what a chose as well as the time which was also accepted. They gave me a discount and delivered the following day. Do not pretend for one moment that you were in the right. STOP RINGING, TEXTING AND EMAILING ME, you have fully admitted to wrong doing and I have kept all the proof of you doing so.

We have same-day delivery as well as the next day, and we inform about the next day delivery right before you proceed with the purchase, and we also state it in our policy which is available on the website. We of course would like to make it up to you and make sure you are happy with the outcome. LIARS, 0 stars DONT ORDER
Do not order FROM this place. Initial idea was to have flowers delivered on the 4th january 2025. I also emailed them straight after to make sure flowers come in no damage. An hour after my order/email they tell me that DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS delivery date has been changed to the 5th January 2025. I email them again saying i want a refund as I PAID £8 MORE FOR THE SAME DAY/TIME SLOT. They tell me item has already been shipped out to the courier and UNABLE to refund but will REFUND the delivery fee. I then proceeded to message on whatsapp, they tell me that on there website it states same day delivery FOR LONDON only. WHY WOULD YOU MAKE PEOPLE PAY £15 & £8 MORE for people that are living outside LONDON , then proceed to ship and email that it wont be delivered on the DAY???????? WITHOUT A REFUNDD???? disgusting will have to contact my bank. Avoid at all costs i should have read reviews first.
