FLYONE 4+

Giving the option to check-in online, flyone app is ridiculous unhelpful, never gave me the option for doing it. It did cost me a seat €8 which I never had it and I selected the option for €4 insuring my flight in case if delays or flight cancellation which by the time we got delayed with almost three hours. When I arrived at the airport, was yet to find out that I haven’t checked-in myself, for what I had to pay extra £30.

This company have to be reconstructed, there is no feeling that they care about the system to function for customers.

What a terrible app. Although it worked okay on my way out to Chisinau, on the way back almost nothing worked. I couldn’t check in 24hrs before the flight, it made me wait until 22 hours before even though I was sent an email saying checking was open when it wasn’t!! I did eventually manage to checkin after a 2 hour delay.

Although I was told checkin was successful in he app, there were issues at the airport gate and additional passport data need to be added again. This seemed to force the app to loose my Boarding Card. Luckily I had remembered my seat number !!

There seems to have been no testing of this awful app. Still considering the poor FlyOne Service and totally chaotic boarding at Chisinau Airport I guess a totally useless non-functional app is on brand for FlyOne.

I had flight with flyone from Yerevan to London through Chisinau in transit. Our flight from Yerevan was delayed by three hours, no one even thought of apologising to their customers. And that’s bot enough, when we got to Chisinau, the flight to London was already gone. It took us half an hour to find representative, and when we found he didn’t help much either. He just told us to request a refund via email, and they don’t have any flight for three days. After emailing, I wouldn’t even have imagined, that they would say that, and I quote “as you used your first flight, we will not refund on the second one”. Is this some kind of a joke?
