Can take forever
This app takes for ever if you try to compare folders such as /Applications if you want to compare files on 2 bootable drives
such as your internal drive and a bootable external drive
Eg Internal drive for mountain lion and an external drive for Snow Leopard, Lion or Mountain lion
Yet for a much larger folder/file set containing only documents and disk images its much faster.
It seems to go recursively through the resources of .app files taking an inordinate amount of time.
PS the author could put some information on the support site rather than just an email address !!
