So easy to use and shows previous orders from which takeaway’s you have used so if like me you have a favourite meal that I always get I can just click repeat and it takes me straight to checkout. Or if I just one item that I’ve had before I can just tick that then add any new items. Plus the added bonus of not having to ring up and it’s busy then trying to place a order in a noisy background and asking for the price so I can have it ready when it comes. None of that just click on food hub choose what takeaway you want click your choice then straight to check out and send and click to pay so easy then you go to another screen automatically and wait for the takeaway to accept your order. Any problem you have the Foodhub will sort out for you and get it sorted. It’s easy to join just fill out your details and that’s it as soon as you get done that’s it you don’t fill out your details again it’s all stored ready for your next takeaway delivery.

Lovely food, although a little disappointed this time

We had another lovely takeaway last night, but we were a little disappointed. We always ask for one of our dishes to be spiced up in the notes but it doesn’t usually get read, so I make a point of ringing to ensure it gets put on the order. Usually this is done and the dish is beautifully spiced. Unfortunately it wasn’t done last night, so although the food was gorgeous, it would have been a bit nicer spicier as requested twice.
We also asked for the food to be ready at a certain time as the app wouldn’t let me choose, so I asked for this in the call and unfortunately i was notified 20 minutes before our collection time that it was ready, and we were nowhere near the takeaway meaning our food was sat waiting for a bit too long.
We will use this takeaway again as the food and service is always lovely, and just hope this was a one off!

Duplicate order

Tried calling to get my money back for a duplicate order which I never received. The restaurant said do not call back. No human contact number just automated messages that don’t really help. Now I will have to contact the credit card company to get charged removed. Update, I got a call back from the takeaway shop. They understood my concerns and said they would call me back once thy checked their payment records. After a hour a guy called me back and verified I had been charged twice. He said he will process the return payment. Brilliant news and really honest staff. Still disappointed with the app as it stated my order had not gone through and I should reorder, which I did. If the app was more robust my dilemma would not have been posted on the reviews. I also got an email from Foodhub with a contact email to help resolve my concern. So fair play and well done to all parties especially the guy from the takeaway who called me back.
