I’ve recently started using Food Stuff and I can’t recommend it enough! So refreshing to have an eco conscious delivery service that also supports local businesses. Customer service was beyond anything I’ve received before from a food delivery service. Rhys M not only delivered with a smile but continued to keep us updated throughout the order, he went above and beyond! Excellent customer service and Ethical business! Couldn’t ask for more!
Eco-friendly & support local!
So good to finally have a company doing the right thing when it comes to food delivery!! Riders are super friendly, delivery is eco-friendly, businesses are local independents - absolutely nothing negative to say about this app and the company behind it.

Not better than Deliveroo at all.
Been working in food delivery industry since 2015. When heard that Foodstaf is so better than Deliveroo i decided to try. Big disappointment.
They pay holiday allawance from our tips- that what officially they wrote. In deliveroo i have like at least £15 in tips for a week… Foodstuff don't pay tips to employees!!!how bad that is?
they claim to pay sick but is only SSP.
worst thing; they dont book shifts for late hours just required you to stay when they want. If you don't stay they will give you one Bagger - three of those and you gone. Contract say is up to you when you finish work but if is 2 min to end of shift and order comes they will push you to stay even 30 longer to finish if not they will give you Bagger.
They have lot of issues with operative executive who often disturbed work by assigning and even 5 orders and swapping them over.
All of all they are not any better than Deliveroo for they stuff just a bit cheaper for local restaurants and that makes them hypocrites.
