Essentially a pretty checklist. Could use the back of an envelope
Too much to remember
Adding the data into a food diary is only a good idea if it comes back out in a format that helps me prove to myself just how deluded I am with what I am eating. The input and output of this app is done in a way that is not user friendly. I have to remember too much or constantly use a checklist to find what category of food I am eating, and the output reports are next to useless and it is hard to conclude anything from such a basic table of numbers.
I've had it less than the time it takes to get an invoice from the app store and I've already stopped using it. How do I get a refund?
Simplicity at its best.
I love this app. I've been using it off and on for a couple years now. I don't measure calories or weight. I'm interested in bringing my awareness back to eating a more balanced diet. It allows customisations which I use to monitor my vices. The portion size suggestions are super useful. And there's even a history graph to chart your progress. I use it for all kinds of things such as increasing my water intake, minding how much coffee I'm drinking, cutting down on sugar, increasing veg intake. Even charting if I remembered to take my supplements or gone for my run. It's perfect for just making me aware and mindful of my eating habits and lifestyle choices.
