Level 2 stays locked no matter what I’ve done I’ve completed level 1 a few times but nothing is unlocking it still

Doesn’t let me do level 2, completed level one and reset it multiple time, just doesn’t unlock.
Ads!!!
I don’t mind ads in a game, just not when they pop up constantly and stop you from completing a level.
