Football Superstar 2 12+

Really enjoying it! I played a lot of lazy boy games. They brought this online with there other titles with the upgraded interface, relationships and skill upgrades. Tip for new players, sort money first as in buy businesses as soon as you can and upgrade endorsements, this allows you to afford the player upgrades.
Only drawback, I’m starting 3rd season with bottom of league team, I have massively outgrown them but I’m not getting any transfer offers (accept from other bottom league teams from weaker divisions) so I’m kinda stuck in national conference which is stunting my growth potential. I have requested to be put on transfer list but just get denied with a message saying it weakens the boards position. Any help on this from devs?

This game is definitely a strong competitor to its predecessor ‘football superstar’ in terms of enjoyable playtime and replay ability. However a big thing that can be improved is the layout of the main menu. Compared to the first game in the series, this main menu where you navigate the game is more confusing whilst also looking more simplistic in comparison. The first game had a more visually cohesive and less messy looking menu which complimented the in depth and detailed manner of the type of player simulator that these games are - whilst still looking quite minimalistic in its design which was a bit drawing feature in my personal opinion. The layout of this game can be improved upon to mimic this similar design of minimalism which contrasts the actual amount of content it offers which will help make the menu seem less daunting. A really big improvement though is the streamlining of improving your player compared to the first game, and finally getting rid of spending money exclusively to improve your player. Combining with the beginnings of a relationship meter for your player and these can be improved to make the game even better!

I want to say first of all this game is pretty good and I do like the concept of the game. I personally like this types of simulation games. I do have some critics and I’ll start from the beginning.

Ai.

For me it needs developing. The fact that your player is growing but other young talents aren’t is just wrong. Take Cody Gakpo. He just stays the same old rating all throughout. I haven’t played the full game yet but I’ll assume that he hasen’t grown so far means he probably won’t in the future. Also for managers; they win a trophy or get promoted or relegated, they should be bouncing up and down. This conects to next critic.

Boards.

At some point a manager has got to be sacked or for their contract to run out. Not just for managers though, players too. If your player has a contract so should they. Also, transfers should be happening all around. I would also prefer to ask the board for a new contract or the be transfer listed, and I think they should respect your decision.

Their are many more critics I could give; wages, training, individual player relationships, I could go on. But I don’t really want to go on like that for ages and I can’t be bothered to write anymore. I think this is a very good game nonetheless and would recomend this to a bunch of people if I could. I really hope you listen to me and add these additions.
