Good game but could be improved
All in all this is a great game for just progressing a bunch of teams like I bought a team for 1.3mil now it’s worth 700mil so it’s good for rising through the ranks. However there is one flaw the level of coaches marketing directors and so on have 2 abilities but you have to keep trying to get the one you want say a high sponsor amount a better system would be to have a slider so if a marketing director is level 50 you should be able to have 100 sponsors and 0 fervour or 0 sponsors and 100 fervour like you should be able to choose easier so you don’t have to spam just to get a good amount on the option you want.

Very good but
Very Good game and very addicting but i can’t get my head around some things even after looking at the tutorials. My teams are stuck around level 60, my cohersion is very low to improve it i need to get a coach with a higher cohersion stat, but to do that i sacrifice on player level which just took one of my teams from level 60 to level 44. And this happens with all the staff. the sporting director, i need better transfers to level up but to do that the new staff needs good transfer stats but they have bad potential stats taking my whole team rating down. There are no staff that are good at both so i dont know how to get my teams to level up. I am also stuck at the level 60 mark because i cannot get better staff members i check every in game week to see if there are new better staff and there isnt.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I regularly make changes in the management of cohesion to improve its behavior. I am currently working on a new update to fix the problem.

Great game
Been playin for a week now and I really like it. Not too complicated but just enough to keep you engaged can see the difference now compared to my first save. But I was wondering if you had any other tips on what I should be prioritising like maybe recruitment over over potential or other things. Or is it just a clean balance. I want to progress further into the game fast. And is there a date where I retire or is it endless. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your feedback.
There is no retirement or end game.
To move forward, you do need to make sure you keep a good balance between potential, new players and new staff. Selling clubs is very interesting at the beginning of the game but it becomes more and more detrimental to your reputation as your reputation increases. The best advice is always to try to improve the fan fervor.
