Confused

The description of this app doesn’t tell you what it does.
I have been told it is used to control my charge point but also told it is a once use app and FordPass does the control.
I used the app to link it to my WiFi, which worked, but next time I opened the app it asked me to go through the setup again, and again, and again.
I cannot see anything to do with my charger within the FordPass App.
Not impressed with the use ability of the Ford Charge Point, its App, or FordPass. :-(
And yes I’ve asked for help but now even more confused.

Utterly Useless

Please fix the issues highlighter in these reviews!! I am unable to unlock my Wallbox without uninstalling the app, resetting the Wallbox and setting it all up again!!

Cannot get the charger to pair through Bluetooth

Have tried several times to get the charger to pair and failed. I get an amber light on the charger and it will not charge the car.
