Description

Shake up your workouts and improve your knowledge with the FORM-AI Movement Library. Our growing collection of interactive strength and conditioning movements gives you expert information on over 1300 exercises, wherever you are.

Visualise movements in 3D

Watch each exercise performed for you in 3D by ABEL, the FORM-AI avatar trainer. View from the side, from above, or however works for you to understand the basic movement patterns. You can even see the exercise in your space with our Augmented Reality (AR) mode!

Discover exercises that work for you

The FORM-AI system is designed around our unique hierarchy of movement, developed by our team of sports science and performance experts. This gives you access to the context behind an exercise, its effects and how they can benefit you in real terms. Search for exercises to help with a specific outcome, such as exercises for runners, and even problems such as ‘back pain’.

Perform safely and effectively

Each exercise has a series of clear and concise cues written by our expert team to help you perform them effectively and safely. We’ll help you engage the right muscles and achieve the correct posture to avoid potential injury and get the most from every exercise you perform.

Features:

- Over 1300 interactive strength and conditioning exercises and correctives.
- Bodyweight and equipment-based exercises.
- Browse exercises by equipment, category or search using keywords.
- Taxonomy of movement opens up exercises to help with an outcome, such as ‘exercises for runners’ or ‘ankle pain’.

Great reference tool.

When working out at home I usually come up short as to movements I can do with the kettlebells and the medicine hall that I have. This library has expanded my vocabulary of movements immensely!
The augmented reality function is great, as I can actually visualise what the hell I’m supposed to be doing! It’s kinda hard to figure out just from the written word when you search for things online.
The password thing on log in threw me a little bit, but that’s because it wasn’t gonna let me be lazy and enter a weak password. This can only be a good thing.
So far I’m enjoying playing around with the app and making myself move more. Great app 👍🏼

Excellent for any one who goes to the gym

I use this every time I go to the gym and it has helped so much. I learned a lot of new movements to incorporate in my workouts and it’s helped me feel confident in the gym to know how to move!

Excellent app

Love the layout and simple menu.
Really clear demonstration and explanation of so many different exercises.
I’m really looking forward to the interactive ‘formscreen’ part of the app which will be a game changer!
