Download the app and open the ForteBlack card on your phone.
The card opens for free in the app and is available immediately for transfers, payments, and connection to Apple Pay, and the plastic is brought home. There are also ForteBlue and ForteSolo cards available in the app to choose from.

Не могу зарегистрироваться в приложении. Выходит ошибка с уведомлением позвонить 7575. Первое впечатление не хорошее

Верните, пожалуйста, лимиты
Поясню, приложение действительно стало лучше по сравнению со своим предшественником.
Однако зачем-то порезали список лимитов, доступных для управления из МИБ. Теперь, чтобы произвести многие операции приходится дозваниваться в call centre, что не так-то просто сделать. Итог, клиенты тратят лишнее время и нагрузка на операторов кол центров тоже возросла.
Зачем список был уменьшен - абсолютно неясно. На мой взгляд, возможность самому управлять лимитами была сильной стороной МИБ Форте банка. Теперь же банк собственноручно обрезал данный функционал.

Вход в приложение
Периодически перестает принимать пароли и распознание лица при входе, просит пройти идентификацию, которую никогда не может пройти, но запускает снова в приложение. Со вчерашнего дня не дает зайти в приложение, но в этот раз выдает ошибку, что я превысила количество входов и надо ждать 30 минут, после прошествия которых опять не впускает и выдает снова и снова одно и то же сообщение, что надо ждать пол часа!
