Very good.
App is very easy to use, especially if your not really into trading. Only downside is the length of time to withdraw money. But if your only putting in what you can afford the length of time dosnt really matter 👍🏻
Delete fortrade
why are we still using this silly app where every deposit has to be confirmed with a agent, (I’ve had my deposit sitting in ‘pending’ since last week)
where we have to wait to be contacted by an agent to explain to them why we want to withdraw our own money. where customer service gives you the wrong email for you agent who has been apparently trying to get in contact since last week and I still haven’t heard from them.
it’s funny because every single time I open the fortrade app, whether I intend to trade or not, an agent will always, 100% call my phone. The moment I make the deposit and i’m signing in everyday to check whether the money is available, not one agent has called my phone lol. something as simple as this is how I know the company just seems petty and stupid.
Use IG Index, use H&L, even use trading 212, but this?? terrible. If you see a market opportunity and want to take advantage of it, with this app it’s impossible unless you wait for a call from philip who will confirm that you’ve just made a deposit looooool can’t make this up seriously.
Makes you wonder what the passwords are for.
Poor customer service
The customer service I have received from Fortrader is very poor. There is lack of communication especially when trying to withdraw funds. I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account which should take about 10 days once approved but it’s been a month and I still haven’t received my funds. Every time I email my account manager, he always tells me that it’s currently being processed then would say there’s been an update in the system so I should request to withdraw again and the live chat is not helpful at all since they tell me there is nothing they can do
