Ratings and Reviews
New app is a downgrade
This was a great App that I’ve been using for pre stay communication and while at FS properties. The new App is glitchy and the videos playing in the navigation pages makes for a terrible experience. Such a downgraded App now. What a bummer. 😔
Doesn’t deliver
I requested a twin room on the app in the chat and then arrived to a double bed and they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. What’s the point in using the chat functionality if requests aren’t honoured?
Also you can only have 1 account per trip, so even if multiple persons download the app they all have to log in on the same booking - so you have to pretend to be the person who the booking was made in which seems silly. There should be a way to add multiple accounts to a single booking.
Great app that works smoothly
Very nicely put together app that shows all upcoming reservations and travel arrangements. Can see lots of detail about each property and all the activities and services at your current stay.
Very easy to chat directly to the resort which is helpful.
