Description
Franco Manca is a Neapolitan pizzeria, pioneering sourdough pizza in the UK. We opened our very first pizzeria in Brixton Market, London, and are now open in towns and cities across the UK.
Our dough is made daily. Our seasonal ingredients are sourced from small suppliers across Italy and the UK and our pizzas start from £5.
The Franco Manca app is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to you for supporting our mission to bring slow fast food with real, small supplier ingredients to the UK. Earn your way to free pizza using the app in any of our pizzerias. For every 6 pizzas you buy, enjoy the 7th one on the house. You can also order pizza to collect, view our menu and find your local pizzeria.

Doesn't work in Southampton restaurant
Writing this in the Southampton restaurant. Downloaded the app a few weeks ago to use the Jan voucher pizza for £5. Have arrived at the restaurant with my partner and neither of us have been able to open the app. All other apps work, internet connection is fine and we have 5G signal. This app is a data collection scam - do not use. We will now have to pay full price for a pizza despite the promise of being able to get them for £5. Not happy and will be deleting the app. Will also be complaining to the Information Commissioners Office for illegal data capture.
Will not let me create account
I recently went to Franco Manca. I enjoyed the pizza. I had a raging stomach ache throughout but I would like to add this was not due to the pizza and the experience was enjoyable nonetheless. I had a pale ale. I don’t know a thing about pale Ale, but I enjoyed it significantly. I’d love to return and use the app but unfortunately it won’t let me create an account. ‘Request failed’ it repeatedly informs me.
VPN / Network issues
Sometimes fails to load on certain networks or when VPN is enabled. It gives absolutely no feedback when it does this, which makes it incredibly frustrating. Check your WAF guys, there’s no need to block anonymous users, especially those logged in to the app.
