The new, free Fred. Olsen application allows you to get all the information you need about the Fred. Olsen Express service, from anywhere, quickly and simply.
Through this App you can easily buy your tickets, and get other benefits:
- Consult timetables, fares and route frequencies
- Access as a user is easier and means that the information about passengers and vehicles that travel more often can be saved
- Consult recently purchased tickets
- Buy your tickets with “Plus Card” points
- “Push” notifications, through which we will be able to advise you about any possible situation, directly and immediately
- Information of interest for passengers and about the “Plus Card” in the App menu

Ratings and Reviews
Absolute Rubbish as it does not work
Whilst it looks good. The application is useless. As a resident of the Canary Islands I travel a lot with Fred Olsen and thought this App would meet my needs. it does not. Whoever wrote this software to be be released from their position. It does not work at all on the Kate set version of IOS 16.3.
I could not even set my journey departure or date and the back arrow to return to the previous screen does not work.
If I could give it a rating of zero I would, but the minimum allowed is 1.
Don’t bother
A waste of time and effort. Keep getting the same error message: “The session has been lost due to lack of activity. Please restart the purchase process”
Do not need a printer!
You do not need to print anything. The ticket stays in your folder on the app and you just turn up at the port , show your passport to the member of staff at boarding, they scan your passport and let you through. Stores your details for faster booking. Excellent app 👍
