FreeChat for WhatsApp 4+

I find it an easy access version to use on my laptop to quickly reply to messages, I don’t think it if like the full version WhatsApp, but i don’t think it was ever going to be, it is enough to quickly reply to messages without picking up my phone or distracting me too much, does just what I need it to do. You can’t really expect a mobile app to be the same on a laptop, but i’m really happy with it so far :)

It’s almost perfect. It would get 5 stars if it didn’t have the pop-up windows at launch inviting you to download unrealted software, but I guess the developers have to make money somehow. It’s easy enough to just close the pop-ups and use the app without interruptions.

It’s ok as far as it goes (it behaves more or less the same way as the phone app.

Sadly, when I started receiving adverts in my notifications box I had to say goodbye. There is a place for adverts (you kind of expect them with free apps while you are using it or starting it up), but getting junk notifications when a program isn’t even running is a bit much.

So within the space of 15 minutes I uninstalled the thing - there are plenty of alternatives out there after all.
