Get FreeFlight Jumping, the free app to pilot Parrot Jumping Night, Race, and Sumo.
INTUITIVE DRIVING
With FreeFlight Jumping, piloting your Jumping Minidrone is ultra-simple. The app connects to your Minidrone via Wi-Fi. The accelerometer and touch controls on the piloting interface help navigate your drone based on the movements of your smartphone or tablet.
IMPRESSIVE FLIPS
Make instant 90° or 180° turns, or jump up to 2.5 ft in the air with the simple touch of a button on the screen.
THE WORLD IN IMMERSIVE VIEW
Your Parrot Jumping Minidrone is equipped with a wide angle camera that streams a live video feed of your journey to your smartphone.
This allows you to discover the world around you and explore inaccessible places.
Jumping Night and Race Minidrones take pictures and record videos onto their internal memory. Jumping Sumo records on an external micro-USB drive (not supplied).
CHOREOGRAPH YOUR JUMPING MOVES
RoadPlan function allows you to pre-program a custom route with stunts. Upon start, the pre-defined route appears on the screen.
PARROT ACADEMY
By becoming a member of the Parrot Academy, you can keep track of all your adventures and connect with other drone pilots. Share your photos, videos and data sessions with other members of the Parrot Academy and instantly upload to YouTube or Facebook. In addition, you get a free backup of all the data shared on Parrot Academy.

App crashes immediately
Open the app, it crashes right away. Steps to reproduce: open the app, connect to drone Wi-Fi. App is now crashed
USB update fixed it
I hadn’t used my Max race jumping drone for some time and found that the app just instantly crashed on both my iPhone and iPad using the latest Apple operating systems plus my max race jump Wi-fi would not connect despite appearing in the Wi-fi menu list.
Ugh :(
BUT I then remembered you could update via USB. Parrot don't exactly make it easy to find this file, but when you do then it works a treat.
Happy man - now just need to get it all sorted for the grandkids as it is just super fun.
Waste of money
DO NOT BUY THE DRONE
biggest waste of money, the drone it self is so flimsy and delicate, the battery life is ridiculously short, so short in fact that it runs out before you set it up. To set it up via wifi you need the patience of a saint and all the tome in the world. And when you do set it up and get a camera view you tap start to get going and then it tells you that it needs some update for security reasons but the update is no where to be found. And whilst you’re trying to figure it out the battery dies again. Stay away from this product and this app
