Food is great, app is ok

In General the app is ok, but I have had some issues.

I only want adhoc deliveries really, so have changed my subscription setting and cancelled individual deliveries to get the deliveries when I want them. But the app seems to fight against this, I've had cancelled deliveries reappear later. My chosen delivery day (Wed) has reverted back to Sun on more than one occasion. The dashboard page has shown different (incorrect) details of the next delivery, compared to what was shown on the deliveries page itself at the same time.

One other annoyance is not being able to rate a meal without giving a reason. I just want to give a star rating so I know in future which are my favourites, but anything less than 5 stars forces you to choose a negative reason why (such as I didn't like the meal), which is not the case necessarily, it's just relative.

I give them a well-deserved 5-star rating and couldn't be happier with my decision to make the switch!

Great app

I am really loving the app so far. It’s easy to use. Aside from this, my meals are delicious and I’ve already lost nearly 5 pounds in 2 weeks. The only thing I’d say is that I would love to see an option for a ‘vegan and fish’ protein option (vegetarian doesn’t seem to be an option on the app). The reason for this is because I am on the 2 meals a day, 5 days a week plan and I’ve recently discovered that most people can’t and shouldn’t eat that amount of certain fish types everyday. For example, I had salmon and sea bass most days over the last 2 weeks, both of which shouldn’t be eaten regularly because they contain certain levels of pollutants. For this reason, I have switched my protein to vegan (which I’m fine with, I was vegan a few years ago) and I’m really excited to see what meals you have for me on Sunday. Like I said, the food is amazing :)

Thanks for the feedback. If you hit the delivery tab, select change on a meal and hit filters, you'll be able to add a fish meal to your vegan plan or vegan meal to your fish plan. Glad you're enjoying the food.
