Fudget: Monthly Budget Planner 4+

Very happy this is available and a big step up from the original. It still has the simplicity needed for finance planning without all the other stuff similar apps bolt on along the flexibility to build it around how you want to manage it all. But it also has some new features I didn’t I now wanted like the centralised stars section and date columns. The UX touches make it an all round nice to use app.

Also, I had no idea there was a new version out! I have been using the original app for year's now and it was losing its way the last few months as new iOS updates have been coming out and I started looking for alternatives. Which there aren't many of surprisingly! I just assumed it was no longer being supported. So I'm very happy to find this. You should get some in-app promoting going on in v1 for others like me who may not have heard about this.

Hi sneilson1. Thanks for your kind review. I'm glad you like the new Stars page & other new features. Unfortunately it was not possible to update Fudget 1 after December 2020. If you're interested, it's all explained here:

But this is why we unfortunately couldn't keep most users informed, or shout about Fudget2 in the Fudget 1 app.

We will just need to wait for people to jump on board and wait for the word of mouth to get around.

By far the best app on my phone. Been using this app since forever. Tried and tested a few but this just has it all. I know I am a saddo but I just love having my finances in order. I’ve made my fiancé, friends and family start using it too. Fudget 2 was worth the wait. I paid for the extra functions and so far I am super happy with it. Looks clean and helps me stay on track. DOWNLOAD IT I PROMISE YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED.

After waiting for updates, the app developer finally decided to grace us with a “new version” of their app, instead of sending out updates to their original Fudget app. I had a paid version of previous one which never received any updates in ages to fix bugs. Currently that app crashes each time I launch it. I can’t help but feel like the developer just took us for a ride. They clearly had no intention of delivering a worthwhile update – it’s like they figured they could milk their existing user base for more money without putting in any real effort into their previous fudget app instead, launch a different app with new subscription plan for an ad free experience. Well, I, for one, am not falling for it anymore.

Hi ramz6721. I'm sorry to hear of your understandable disappointment with Fudget 1. Unfortunately, it was not possible to update Fudget 1 after December 2020 due to a mistake that was made when the app was first created, and I apologise for that. It is all explained in this article:
