With this update, we have fixed the most common bugs that have been reported to us at email@example.com. With the complete overhaul of the app in version 3.0, we expected that not everything would go smoothly - hopefully this addresses the issues many of you had. If something remains unresolved, please email us and let us know. We read everything, but because of the huge influx, we haven't had a chance to respond to all of them yet.

If I had read the reviews before I paid for it I wouldn’t of brought it.
However I did pay for it first and iv had a look and I’m happy with it.

One off cheap price no hidden subscribe now to view app rubbish like everyone else does and then I delete the app
There is full workouts for whatever your looking to gain I’m not sure about the data backup that people are leaving bad reviews for personally I’d just get a pen and paper and record it yourself and wake up and realise you don’t have to rely on technology for everything in life
Updating my old review.
This is a Feb 2019 update to add on. Unbelievable that people are still taken in by this. I have it so I use it. Only to count my work outs and that’s it. You will eventually lose all the data as the app is not updated and the back up does not work. Just an odd chance your phone back up may save it if you change phones but believe me I lost everything before so I will just say again if your work out life depends on this your in trouble. Just to add to my review below now the backup fails again.
Don't believe all these wonderful reviews of tweaked and data being rescued, it's rubbish. Was offered an update for this to bring it to 2017. And not pay for it as in the past. What a mistake! My back ups were not uploading so I updated. Thought it would be the only way and trusted the company. Surprise. Lost all my data! There has been issues with back ups before. Tried to view my back up and all my dates were in but one excersise in each of my workouts for the last 4 years showed. None of the others and years of hard work with no record. That's it for me unusable. Awful. Use another app or paper and pen it's more reliable. Great idea but badly managed, and thought out , designed, ect. I'm starting from scratch now but using another app. Can't tell you how disappointed I am. Oh and yet another update, the backup crashes the programme.
I have been using this app for over five years to track my training progress and design my own workouts and i have been careful to backup all my data over those years. A few weeks ago i noticed that my custom workouts were all in a strange order and i wasn't able to reorder them with the edit feature. They just shuffled around randomly. I tried renaming them with 1,2,3 or a,b,c and that didn't help. I also noticed that i was unable to create new workouts because it wouldn't let me add new exercises (the exercises are displayed but it's not possible to select and add them). So i decided to restore the app from a previous backup. I noticed that only two backup files were showing. I thought this was strange because there should be hundreds of backup files. Anyway, i restored the app to the previous backup and in horror i realised that all the data has now disappeared! All my workout history, all my body measurements, all my custom workouts, everything!!! I tried emailing the support team a few times but no response from them. Poor app update, poor customer service... should have left the previous app alone!
