Needs an ingredient list

Great app and feel fantastic.

But in the next update. It could do with an ingredients list for all of what you will need for each phase, so one doesn’t have to add up each individual recipe list.

Effective Weight Loss Plan

I use the App with the book which has all the shopping lists in. Stubborn weight dropped off us as it increased our metabolism. The photographs were useful. Shopping bills halved and nutritious meals were always in hand. Swapped cows milk for Oat milk and felt great.
