The Gallery Assistant is a powerful sales tool for art galleries and artists, providing you with the information that you need at the moment you need it.
The Gallery Assistant® was built specifically for clients of Managed Artwork. You must have an established account with Managed Artwork in order for this App to work properly. This application works in conjunction with the Artwork Manager®, seamlessly syncing all active artists, bodies of work and available artwork inventory to your iPad. Once you are synced there no need for a wifi connection enabling you to take the Gallery Assistant® everywhere you go.
The search function will help you drill down to specific search criteria, such as Artist, Medium Type, Media, Collection, Size Range and Price Range. This function is fabulous for in the gallery, at art fairs and for in home consultations.
The artwork detail shows you a full screen image of the artwork overlaid with the artwork’s information. Within the artwork detail you can easily swipe to the next image in the collection or you can tap one of the smaller thumbnail images at the bottom of the screen to jump ahead. The Gallery Assistant®works with the email function of your iPad, allowing you to easily send your collectors an email with a full size image of the artwork accompanied with the artwork details.
In addition, the Gallery Assistant® offers an excellent slideshow function giving you the ability to display an onsite presentation. This also works great with the AppleTV’s mirroring option giving the ability to display on a larger screen.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
