Fantastic organisation tool

This app is great to keep an idea of what games you have completed, collected or wish to buy and can help gamers keep track of what they need to complete or have completed games wise and keep an organised and detailed list, the app is very easy to use but is however missing some major titles which is understandable with so many games out there. An easy solution would be a request button for users of this app to click and show an image and title of a game that may be missing from the app

Forget It! Zero Customer service…

I emailed them months ago. I complimented them on their app, was polite and asked about an issue I was having with ‘restoring my purchase’. And… I waited and waited and Nothing!

When you buy an app in it’s earlier days, giving developers much needed money to better develop the app, they love you.

When they make it, and are taking in coin, big time, they couldn’t give a stuff what you have as an issue.

Here lies the big problem, today, with apps & some developers. Some. They bring out new versions, upgrades etc. and, the purchase you made ‘forever’ now becomes ‘oh, that was a previous version, that’s no longer supported!’ This is what it would seem is the reason they don’t want to reply. They want to ignore me and hope I’ll buy the new ‘Subscription’ when I already ‘OWN’ the version of the app.

They are the facts, app buyers. If you want credible, reliable apps don’t bother here! They’ll reply saying ‘oh, please contact us’ but, NO, I won’t, you’ve had your chance, and you’ve had all the ignored compliments you’ll ever get from me, too!

Poor, poor, show! Just remember: just because some famous creators & newsletters say an app is great, it doesn’t mean it is.

This little team are not playing the game fairly, which is, rather ironic, considering the app they make!

Look elsewhere.

Issues

Only 10 minutes into using this and major issues already. The app instantly crashes whenever I view a Retro game. When sorting ‘All Games’ by completion, all my PlayStation games are at the top, showing completion in %.
My Xbox and Steam games are underneath with no % shown. Yet when I go into individual Xbox and Steam categories they show the %. When you have a game on multiple platforms it gets confusing. I have Vampire Survivors on Steam and Xbox. When I view this game in the Steam Category it shows a completion rate of 15% when it should be more like 95%. The 15% is actually my completion rate on Xbox. When I go into the game details it shows both Xbox and Steam achievements, so it needs to prioritise either the right system, or just pick the higher one.

Also, when looking an an individual games details, Xbox and Steam achievements are both simply listed as ‘achievements’. It should say Xbox Achievements, Steam Achievements so it’s obvious which is which. When I rate a game it hides the completion rate %. Why? Shouldn’t it just go in a different place?

Edit: so I realised there are 2 sorting categories, and when using both I can sort all platforms by completion rate.
