I’ve staked some Polkadot for 672 days but staked for only 2 weeks, after were disappeared, customer support didn’t give me the right information, FORTUNATELY after 1 week that were disappeared I got them back Unstaked, but at the end of the day is better like this.

I actually like some features of this app I wish it will get better and with some competitor features, I’ve been using it 3 months now the only thing that I don’t like is that everytime you have to buy crypto you have to insert a password and when transferring you have to use many steps to get it done (like codes from sms, email, google Authenticator) I think is to much, but is more safe I think that’s why.

The benefit of this app is you can buy a lot of rare and obscure coins. The downside of that is some turn out to be dodgy / rug pulls. The app works well and you can get some pretty detailed charts going, I’d say it’s an intermediate app. It’s quite easy to deposit and withdraw. My only complaint is some stuff isn’t very well translated to English. I got stung by a big fee once because of that.

Do not use this exchange. I deposited some coin which went fine after creating an account. I then went to trade it asked for a funding password, which I set and I know was correct. Initially customer services replied and were somewhat trying to help. They asked for a selfie with my ID etc. I have done all of this. Opened 2 support tickets and I am just being ignored. Nobody is replying to me emails and craftily seem to have blocked my natural ip from contacting support. I know this as when I move my IP I get customer support, then when I give them my user ID they end the chat or ignore me. These lot are pirates! Steer we’ll clear! You’ve been warned. If they do resolve the issue (going on several weeks now) I will amend this review.
