GCB Corporate Banking App 4+

Again useless app

Just when I start convincing family and friends GCB is the best, they started disappointing me. For almost a year the app doesn’t recognize my login details so I have to use the same login details to login on the web all the time.

I think everything is fine just that users should be able to edit their profile when they log in. Example phone number , address etc because It’s quite a long process to get in touch with customer support to get these basic things sorted

Thank you. Your concern is very genuine and well noted. This feature is thought of and designed considering user’s or account holders security in terms of possible access to funds when account is compromised.. all the same it will be reviewed to make it possible or the process much easier.

Useless app

This app is completely a waste of time. Cannot use my password. You send details per username or email but get back a response. A more accurate and reliable app is required.

Sorry and kindly take your time to get the requirements to access the mobile application please.
Your are expected to be already registered on the internet banking then having your username and password, you may either access and manage your GCBbank account using the chrome browser and or the mobile banking app. Please let have your feedback upon subsequent use experience.
