App not working after update

The recent update v19.2 requires accepting agreement but it would not let me accept it. Even after reading through and pressing I Agree, it stays on the same screen. I have been using for a month and suddenly it stopped working today. Please can you assist?

Lots of issues

1. Constantly disconnects from my iPhone 10. Always have to connect the device manually via Bluetooth to scan the data. Even in case of manually connection, it takes 2-4 attempts to connect to the device. It never connects from a first try.
2. Scanning data never works from the first try, I always get “time out” error. And then you need to re-launch the app to scan data again, otherwise the button “scan” doesn’t respond.
3. There were cases when after entering the meal (typing lot of details), “save” button didn’t respond.
4. Faced an issue when test results were duplicated and there’s no option to delete duplications.
5. A few times manually entered data wasn’t saved in the app.

Problems with Bluetooth

I think this app is great and a very useful tool to have more control and interest in sugar levels but also a good communication tool with over worked health care providers. Makes me feel like I am being monitored closely but only having intervention when needed.
Only problem is that the Bluetooth function rarely works I have an iPhone 11 and it only connects 20% of the time doesn’t really matter as you can add manually but if that doesn’t work there’s probably some waste of money in terms of the technology.
