Genies & Gems: Puzzle & Quests 4+

This is my favourite game - absolutely love it. It’s the one I play every day. Great Apart from a couple of things. There are a few levels that are impossible to get through with the number of moves and pieces you’re given. Only a couple - but there’s one I’ve been on for a week and it’s getting boring now! Unless you buy extras which I won’t do because they don’t really give you any power ups for free. There’s a daily spinner which usually only gives you 1hr infinite life. Other games give you a few bits and bobs each day so you have a chance of progressing through levels - or they give you extra moves in return for a video ad. I’d play more if you got a bit more in return!

Dear Game Devs! You have five stars because I adore this game, I’ve been playing it for years. But in the past year, it has become more and more buggy, crashing continuously at the end of a level or after watching a video and losing the booster reward.
For the past 2 months at least, it now crashes immediately after loading: the home screen is visible for about 20 seconds, then it shuts down completely. Over and over again. I haven’t been able to play at all.
The only reason I haven’t deleted it yet is because I hope more people will notify you and you will fix it!! Please?

The game is alright for me, I’ve played it awhile back and loved it and I came back to it recently, one thing that just grinds my gears is that you can’t get 3 stars on a level unless you complete it on your first try. I’m someone who likes to collect everything and complete every level to the best of my ability but the fact that I get over 100k points on a level that I took few times to complete and still get a single star is just absurd. I don’t understand why it had to be change to this, it was fine the way it was before. I would understand if you get some kinda reward or something else for completing the level on your 1st/2nd try but getting stars based on how many tries it took you to complete it? It’s bs in my opinion.
