Description
Geometrix is a software that brings You the joy of geometrical drawing on Macintosh using compasses, a set square and a ruler: You won’t have any graduated rule nor a protractor, everything can be done with these two items.
With this software You can draw straight lines or circles using a pencil or a paint brush. When the drawing is finished, You could erase the paper pencil drafts leaving only the brush strokes.
A big number of examples of geometrical figures is given for imitation. You will find here some common geometrical exercises but also drawings of religious and philosophical symbols.
Every drawing is a document that can be saved or printed using the classic menu functions.
We hope that this software will bring You the same pleasure of drawing with basic geometry tools as it did for us.

Don’t buy until more features added
Love the idea but it is incredibly basic and hard to use. You need more set shapes, the option to edit and move already drawn shapes and also a way of lining them up a lot easier. Copy and paste would also be a nice feature. Gridlines would be helpful as well

Absolutely useless. It can draw only a circle and a line. I even could not copy and paste a shape.
Good for Sacred Geometry… But could do with a few more features
I study Sacred Geometry and this App is a great way to explore some of the sacred patterns, such as the Flower of Life and Metatons Cube etc… It's really easy to use and nice and clean. But it could do with a couple of extra features. Most importantly… a 'snap to' option, or at least a decent zoom in so you can see exactly where you are positioning the cursor in relation to your work.
My only other gripe is the App Icon… it has a black line at the top that really looks like it shouldn't be there… and that makes my Dock look messy. I'm very fussy about Icons though. I've deleted Apps many times because of ugly Icons!! Would also be better if the Icon wasn't transparent.
Aside of that… its great. A cool little App for anyone that wants to explore geometry. It's nice and simple with just 2 drawing tools, but as the developers say… that's really all you need.
