Gett Driver App 4+

Hopefully you will fix the problem where a driver gets offered a job, accepts it and then the app hangs until you have to close it and re-open it. It would be good to have the option to auto refresh the future jobs screen back.

Using an algorithm to hide jobs from drivers, instead of showing every driver every job like it used to do. No fairness in who can see future jobs. Constant message of ‘job taken by another driver’ yet it remains on screen unable to be taken. Every new update makes it a little worse. I rang in everyday from Sep ‘18 until June ‘19 to say it doesn’t work properly and no one could help. In 2020 I still have to reinstall the app everyday and hope it works for the first hour. Kash, Russ, Shaz just pass you around from one to the other never fixing anything. You have to wonder if they’re incompetent on purpose, or just by accident. And now the app takes 20% too!

Used this app as a pax so tried to sign up as a driver. Let me go through the whole registration process and training call booked. Never got my callback. When I emailed suddenly they aren’t taking cabs on blaming it on the current situation. Surely you want more cabs on then ?

Turns out from another source that an Edinburgh cab company partnered with Gett are requesting no cabs from another company to be signed up. Not impressed and very unprofessional. Will not be using this app as a passenger again since they won’t allow me as a driver.

Dear Jimbobs bob, thank you for registering interest to be a driver, Please advise there is a queue of new drivers waiting to come onto the app and it may take between 1-4 weeks before we can get them onto the app. Sorry you feel this way and we will be in contact soon.
