Fantastic recovery system

Getubetter really helped with my recovery, especially on those days when I was unsure of how I should be feeling. The app has a timeline which you can refer back to, and has loads of helpful info about medication, activity and when/if you need to seek additional help. Thankfully I didn't! Now fully recovered and a lot wiser thanks to this app. Highly recommend, a different league to straight 'back exercise' apps and a lot more useful.

Brilliant app

This ‘GetUBetter - low back pain’ app is brilliant. It’s giving all the right messages to people suffering from low back pain, and is sure to help guide them through their recovery, or signpost them to see a health professional when required. I will be recommending this app to my staff, patients and friends!

Best self management app for back pain

Very impressed with this app. It's a fantastic tool for patients to self manage as its packed with evidence based advice and information and is easy to use. I work as a consultant physio in a busy NHS back pain service and this is just what we need.
